We offer quality as well as a variety of Pole Dance and fitness classes from unique to traditional.
     Your workouts do not have to be boring. Whatever your goals are TML welcomes you to our supportive, fun, truly unique studio.

Our program is only for people who are willing to take action steps that move them toward their goals daily. Our application process helps us determine dedicated clients. What You Will Learn From our Pole Fitness
Pole Virgin
Pole Virgin is a women's only "intro" class to the basic pole. TML was created by a woman for women so that women are able to tap into their feminine sensuality. At this "virgin" level women typically are in need of that "safe space" to be able to let go & let loose. Pole Virgin is where it all begins!

Basic Pole
Basic Pole is a fun, sexy beginner's class where TML Fitness instructors will teach you beginning pole moves as well as some basic floor work that will tighten & tone your body. You will slowly ease into this "new body movement" that will provide you with more confidence while improving your overall strength.
Basic 2 
Basic 2  is where TML students progress to once they have mastered the foundational skills of Basic Pole. Basic 2 focuses greatly on strength building & conditioning. *Please note if you are not a TML student we require you to schedule a 30-minute skills assessment ($30) prior to attending any level 2 or above class. 

Pilates Pole Fusion
 Pilates Pole Fusion is a mixed level class, must take at least 1 Pole Virgin class before attending.
Pilates Pole Fusion focuses on a Sexy Pilates intro, pole dance portion is choreography based ends w/zen cool down. 

Twerk Pole
Twerk Pole is a FUN, energetic, mixed level class, pole virgin is suggested  but not required. Twerk Pole is a great combined cardio(dance) and pole (strength) workout. Class choreography is beginner level.  
Pole Tricks and Combos "Advanced"
Pole Tricks & Combos is an Advanced class for those that have completed Basic 2.  This class focuses on teaching you how to combine your pole tricks & spins into a graceful flowing movement.
Freaky Flow Flexibility
Have ways wanted to do the split Do you have strength but lack flexibility? This class utilizes yoga-based stretches to encourage flexibility. Appropriate for all levels. Freak Flow focuses on the basic building blocks of stretching; encouraging tension release, proper alignment, working out any kinks from the week. The Poses and flow of this class will rejuvenate the mind body & spirit while enhancing your form, your posture as well as body awareness & reframing mindset.
Twerk Cardio
Learn to "shake what your MaMa gave ya" in this fun, heart pounding, booty popping, cardio infused workout class. TWERK It Cardio is a TML ORIGINAL fitness class. Every Twerk class is like an exciting party of its own. Burn calories while you are dancing, laughing and enjoying the fun supportive atmosphere! 
Flexi Sexy Sundays
Flexi Sexy Sundays focus on body alignment & body awareness within your stretches. Flexi Sexy also introduces you to partnered stretches.  The class will work with chairs, crash mats, pole silks, flexibility straps, wall, and poles.Flexi Sexy is appropriate for all levels.
